New Registration Tracking and Control System for Printed Webs (June 15, 2001)

Tapecon is pleased to announce a new registration capability for its thermoforming customers. The new system allows operators at Tapecon to track the impression repeat of every press impression and adjust the press so that our customers registration needs are met.

This new system in conjuction with the improved material flatness from key plastic suppliers allows Tapecon to ship printed webs with tighter registration. We not only use the new system to control our processes, we ship you documentation on each printed roll. This can allow you to fine tune your process for maximum yield.
