Tapecon Quality Management System

Certification:
Tapecon is currently ISO 9001:2000 certified. Tapecon’s Quality Management System is designed  to provide continuous improvement in our solutions, value added services, products, and is customer driven. We are and will continue to be customer focused and initiate all the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction:

We actively engage our customers to offer feedback through surveys, facility audits, business reviews, and our CAPA process to improve our QMS and align our Corporate Strategies with our Quality goals and objectives.

Quality Tools:
Our Continuous Improvement Teams (CIT) have been trained to use quality tools such as DMAIC, 6 Step Problem Solving, 5 Why, and Root Cause Failure Analysis to improve our processes and prevent activities that lead to waste and error. The Tapecon QMS has embraced a visual approach to its Level 2 and level 3 procedures to aid in training initiatives and Standard Work. These procedures are employee driven and allows Tapecon to repeat it’s Best Practice philosophy.
