Fabricated Solution:
Working with the customer's original concepts, Tapecon was able to develop equipment along with a process that automates the assembly of a gasket material that would maintain a sterile environment during the assembly process of the fluid transfer devices.

Customer Problem:
A customer had an offshore manufacturer producing a component at a rate of 1,800 parts per day. This customer was in search of a second resource in order to keep up with the growing demands.
 
Fabricated Solution:
Within two weeks Tapecon matched the overseas output and continued to develop a more productive solution. Within 4 weeks Tapecon developed a machine that, when implemented, realized 6,400 units per day.  Tapecon now fills all demands required for this application.
