Director of Sales & Marketing
Jay Ziegler

Jay is proud to be celebrating his 18th year in the graphic arts. He entered the industry in print production/management, and has held positions including Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Senior Key Accounts Executive. He has also been a guest speaker as a "thought leader" in digital printing and converting at Label Expo Europe 2009 and a featured speaker at Xeikon's four city "Executive Communication Exchange" in 2011.
Jay earned a Bachelors' in Business Administration from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY, and a Masters' in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. He enjoys the diversity of his role at Tapecon - not only in leading sales, marketing and strategy - but also in guiding the company overall as a member of the Executive Team.
Jay has truly enjoyed his time and growth in our industry.
He shares Tapecon's commitment to improving the communities that we live and do business in. He is an active member of the Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives (BNSME) and Buffalo Niagara 360.
Jay enjoys running (has finished 15 marathons), alpine skiing, boating, waterskiing, softball and roller hockey. He is a fan of the Buffalo Bills' and Buffalo Sabres' and is (somewhat) patiently waiting for them to deliver championships to Buffalo.
Product Development Manager
Dave Shoemaker
With over 30 years in the graphic arts industry, Dave has held production and management positions in all phases of operations. Dave enjoys having the privilege of utilizing his knowledge within the flexible culture at Tapecon to implement new ideas -- solving problems and saving costs on behalf of customers. He understands the need for quick responses to complex problems and collaborates to deliver continuous improvement methodology that delivers customer satisfaction.
As part of Dave's work ethic and Tapecon's "Supply Chain Maximization" program, he has toured many of our customers facilities offering innovative ideas and process improvements. As a board member of the IAPHC and a key member of the Tapecon team, Dave is proud to carry out the principles of these organizations. He is a lifelong learner and recently earned an Associates Degree in Business from Villa Maria college in Buffalo, NY. While not working, Dave enjoys his family time and outdoor activities - taking in all that mother nature has to offer.

Scott Kozlowski

Scott is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate with over 25 years of experience in the printing/packaging industry. He has been with Tapecon for more than 6 years beginning in Customer Service, then moving to Key Account Representative, and now in his role as a National Sales Representative.
Having coordinated internal R&D projects and possessing intimate knowledge of Tapecon's capabilities makes Scott a valuable asset to Tapecon and his customers. Scott is an active member of IoPP (Institute of Packaging Professionals) and continues to learn and challenge himself in the quest of useful knowledge. He enjoys thinking outside of the box and solving customer challenges.
Away from work Scott spends time with his wife traveling, participates in master's swimming, kayaks (paddled all 363 miles of the Erie Canal!), golfs, and enjoys both cross country and alpine skiing.
Tom Emmick

Tom Emmick brings vast knowledge of the printing and fulfillment industries to Tapecon. He lives in Rochester, NY with his family and enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.
Brian Scott

Brian Scott has been a proud member of the Tapecon team for over 20 years. He started working in Customer Service, moved to field sales as an Account Representative and is currently an Account Executive. He enjoys building relationships through the opportunities and challenges that our customers bring to Tapecon. Brian's experience along with Tapecon's team approach and continuously growing capabilities make him a great problem-solving resource to the many industries and customers he serves.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, coaching soccer, traveling and playing golf outside of work.
