Tapecon has taken our digital label printing to a new level with the addition of the HP Indigo roll-to-roll digital printing press. This press, combined with our Gerber Edge system, gives Tapecon unique capabilities to produce short to medium-run labels, decals and signs for our customers.

Digital printing eliminates the need for films, plates or screens and keeps ink and material waste to a minimum. The Indigo’s unique liquid ink printing process combines the print quality of offset printing with the durability of flexographic and screen-printing. This technology gives us the ability to achieve graphic quality on four color projects better and faster than ever on a wide range of substrates. We can now produce labels and decals with variable data, bar codes or imagery more efficient than ever before.

Tapecon now has both digital and conventional finishing systems designed to compliment our digital presses. This gives us the ability to produce long or short-run label printing jobs now digitally. With these processes we can UV coat, laminate, die-cut and weed jobs produced on our digital presses. We can also convert roll-to-roll products to sheets if desired.
