Tapecon Panelist at Employee Engagement Forum

On Wednesday, June 3, Steve Davis, President of Tapecon, Inc., will be joining the Business Leadership Forum for an event highlighting employee engagement and maximizing the employee relationship.  The event will be held at the Burchfield-Penney Art Center, with registration beginning at 8:00am and the program running from 8:30 to 10:00am.

This Employee Relationship Forum will be moderated by Amy Pearl, President of RV Rhodes LLC.  Featured panelists include: Bill Clearly, Director of Human Resources and Training at Dunn Tire; Steven Davis, President of Tapecon, Inc.; Davis Nasca, President and CEO of Event Bancorp; and Trevor Stevenson, VP Technical Service and Product Development at Eastman Machine.

Davis plans to highlight a variety of both long-running and newer internal programs that Tapecon uses to emphasize and maintain the employee relationship within the organization.  A few of the programs that will be discussed include the “Be that Guy” branding initiative, “Lunch with a Coach”, and “Be That Guy Bucks”.
